Set a timer!

There’s two types:

1) a reminder for what else you’re multitasking with (dinner in the oven, a work meeting starting, etc.).

2) an amount of time to focus on one thing (such as weed for ten minutes before transplanting your tomato’s).

Too many timers can be difficult to manage though, and then one might be tempted to just ignore them, so make sure it's only for the stuff you need :)
